How to avoid a lack of work engagement among public police professionals

This study aims to analyze the combined effect of five conditions—influence at work, interactional justice, workload, laissez-faire leadership, and emotional exhaustion—on absence work engagement in public police professionals. Using qualitative comparative analysis on a sample 119 professionals, results show that none conditions their own is necessary lead these professionals' engagement. In addition, casual configurations allow for conclusion influence exhaustion, leadership are key conditions, while workload less decisive leading The inform managers institutions what variables can further contribute creating workspaces which learning, professional development, positive experiences prevail among employees. especially valuable professionals because very nature leads acquiring powerful meaning.
